Entry requirements vary with schools and courses. Please check the exact entry requirements with the school or consult with AES about the details.

Educational Requirement 1). Year 12 equivalents: e.g. Korean high school graduates can make an application after the completion of Foundation Studies.
2). 1st year in a university or 2nd year in a college: students may make an application submitting their academic transcript.
English Requirement 1). with an English proficiency test result
Students may make an application with their test result that meets the English requirement of the course/school. The valid test type and result varies with courses/schools; please check the details before making an application.
e.g. IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 550~580, CBP 233 or more.
2). If the school of interest has an affiliated ELICOS program, you may make an application with certain conditions specified such as sitting an entrance test and enrolling an ELICOS program as long as it may be determined by the test result.
3). If the school of interest is linked to a language course provider in a pathway, you may make an pplication with certain conditions specified such as completing an ELICOS program in the language course provider that offers pathway to the school.
Articulation / Advanced Standing You can apply for prior education recognition in Australian universities. The credits you earned in universities or colleges in other countries or Australia may be recognized only in the same discipline. You need to send academic transcripts and syllabus to the faculty to be assessed for recognition.
Others Art or Physical Education schools often ask students for portfolios interviews or auditions. DVD or CD is accepted for design, music or drama study. Medicine, Pharmaceuticals or psychotherapy requires an interview with a professor.

1). Consult with MEIC Our experienced staff will help you choose the course/school that would be the best for you. In this stage, customer consultation card is needed for more specific and appropriate consultation.
2). Lodge your application Choose a course/school and fill in an application form. Lodge an application via MEIC. You will get an offer letter via MEIC when it is issued by the school. Please check the details such as the commencement date, registration fees (or deposit), tuition fees, material costs and OSHC carefully.
3). Pay tuition fees Send the amount of money specified in the offer letter to the fees account in Australia. It takes 1~2 days to confirm the transfer.

4). Prepare yourself (Health Check, passport/visa application/flight ticket) You are required to visit the hospital assigned by the Australian government for Heath Check. The result will be sent directly to the Australian embassy. Also, prepare supporting documents according to the student visa level and book a flight ticket.
5). Make sure your e-COE is issued e-COE(Confirmation of Enrolment) will be given after the payment is confirmed; it will be issued by both the school and the Department of Immigration & Citizenship at the same time and can be used as a proof that you have enrolled the course/school. Confirm the commencement date, completion date and OSHC specified in the e-COE.
6). Apply your visa Prepare the required documents according to the student visa level. Lodge an application via online or mail to the Department of Immigration & Citizenship. If you miss out any documents and need to submit additional documents during the visa assessment, it will delay the process and the visa issuance. Please consult with MEIC for a check-up.
7). Make sure your visa is granted It depends on the visa level but normally it takes 2 weeks for a visa to be granted. For online application, the approval will be notified via email and a visa label should be attached, if applicable.
8). Pack your luggage and check the details before the departure Pack your luggage complying with the luggage regulation of the airline you purchased a ticket. Also, check the departure/entry process and things to do when you arrive at Australia (e.g. opening a bank account, purchasing a mobile phone, arranging your accommodation, etc.)
